5 Things To Check Before Anything Else
1. Correct filters fittedAlways fit the Aqua-Dry basket filter (VTVS8021) plus the H-Class cartridge filter (VTVS8022). Wrong or missing filters cause most faults.
2. Tank head clipped downEvery clip must be firmly locked. A single unclipped clip causes total suction loss.
3. Hose and tools clearBlockages in the hose, tubes, or floor head produce exactly the same symptoms as motor failure. Check first.
4. Correct power supply240V: heavy-duty Motor Saver extension only. 110V: requires a site transformer rated for the load.
5. Filter shaker clearedRun the auto filter shaker after every job and whenever suction drops. This clears most clogging before it becomes a fault.
