Your machine's serial number (found on the rating plate), the model name, and your purchase date.

Can't find your serial number?
The serial number is on the rating plate fixed to your machine — usually on the side or rear of the body. It typically starts with VT… followed by a model code and serial digits.
Still can't find it? Email warranty@v-tuf.com with a photo of your machine and we'll help you locate it.

Bought from a dealer?
