5 Things To Check Before Anything Else
1. Power supplyConfirm the socket is live. On 110V, check the transformer output is correct and rated for the load.
2. ULPA15 filter fittedThe machine must not be run without a correctly seated ULPA15 cartridge filter. A missing or loose filter kills suction and voids warranty.
3. Dust bag not fullA full or two-thirds full bag collapses suction immediately. Check and replace before diagnosing further.
4. Hose and connectionsAny split, kink, or loose connection along the hose or wand set will kill suction. Check the full length.
5. Velocity monitor lightIf the warning light is on, suction has dropped below safe H-Class level. Resolve the cause before continuing work.
