What's Going Wrong?

5 Things To Check Before Anything Else

1. Dust bagCheck the bag is fitted fully and the retainer screw is tight. A loose bag collapses and blocks airflow immediately.
2. Filter shakerIf the red light is on, press and hold the Filter Shaker button for 10 seconds (machine must be running) to clear the filter before anything else.
3. All 3 tank clipsIf the lid isn't sealed by all three clips, suction drops and the M-Class rating is void. Check every clip is fully latched.
4. Hose connectionPush the hose end into the suction port until it clicks. A partial connection cuts suction by 50% or more.
5. Extension leadDo not use a domestic extension lead. For 110V: use a 16A CTE transformer. For 240V: plug directly into a mains socket if possible.
