What's Going Wrong?
5 Things To Check Before Anything Else
1. Water on firstAlways open the water supply and squeeze the trigger to bleed air BEFORE switching the motor on. Never dry-run the pump.
2. No long extension cablesUse the supplied 5m cable directly into a 13A socket. Long or thin extensions cause voltage drop and trip the thermal cut-out.
3. Inlet filterCheck the inlet water filter is clean. A blocked filter starves the pump and causes pulsing.
4. Diesel level & cleanlinessBoiler needs clean diesel or HVO. Old, dirty, or watery fuel blocks the nozzle and stops the flame.
5. Squeeze trigger before startRelease pressure at the gun before flipping the switch. Saves the unloader and the total-stop system.
