5 Things To Check Before Anything Else

1. Water supplyTORRENT 1/3/5/SP200 feed from mains or external tank — confirm supply is on and pressure is adequate (min 1 Bar). TORRENT 2/2H/2D5/3GB21 draw from the onboard tank — confirm it’s filled before starting.
2. Pump oilHalf-level on the pump sight glass. Top up with V-TUF Pressure Lube PL500. Change after first 50 hours, then every 500 hours.
3. Engine oilAll TORRENT engines have a low-oil cut-out. Honda petrol: check dipstick. Yanmar diesel: check dipstick. Check before every start.
4. Fresh fuelPetrol: drain and refill if over 30 days old. Diesel: avoid storing over 6 months without a stabiliser. Stale fuel is the number one starting failure.
5. Trigger before startSqueeze the gun trigger to release residual pressure before pulling the recoil cord or pressing the electric start. Diesel models: set the decompression valve first.
