5 Things To Check Before Anything Else

1. Water on firstAlways turn the water supply on and squeeze the trigger to bleed air before powering up. Never run dry.
2. Power supply110V machine on a 110V transformer; 240V machine on a 13A socket. Check the breaker has not tripped.
3. No extension cables240V on a long thin extension causes voltage drop and start failures. Plug direct or use a heavy-duty lead.
4. Inlet filterUnscrew the inlet, pull the strainer, rinse it clear. Blocked filters starve the pump and kill pressure.
5. Squeeze before startPull the gun trigger to release any trapped pressure before switching the motor on.
