5 Things To Check Before Anything Else
1. Power supplyV7240 uses a standard 13A 240V socket. V7110 must run from a correctly-rated 110V site transformer (16A). Do NOT use a reeled domestic extension cable — voltage drop will burn the motor out.
2. Water supplyInlet pressure 0.01–0.4 MPa. Inlet hose at least 5 m, no kinks, no in-line valves in the couplings.
3. Inlet filterPop the inlet fitting off and check the brass filter is clean and free of grit.
4. Trigger before switch-onSqueeze the gun trigger as you switch the machine on — this releases any trapped pressure and bleeds air from the pump.
5. Don't run dryAlways turn the water supply on BEFORE the machine. Never run more than 1 minute with the trigger released.
