International Export & Supply

V-TUF supplies industrial pressure washers, dust extraction equipment, industrial vacuums and cleaning accessories for international export from the UK. V-TUF equipment is exported to customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia — direct to end users, through procurement and engineering houses, and via ship chandlers and marine supply companies serving offshore and vessel customers internationally.

Export supply — how it works

EXW Lincoln (Ex Works)

V-TUF's standard international export terms are EXW Lincoln — equipment is available for collection from V-TUF's Lincoln warehouse or can be handed to the buyer's nominated freight forwarder in Lincoln. The buyer or their freight forwarder is responsible for UK export clearance, international freight, insurance and import clearance in the destination country. EXW is the standard term for buyers with established freight arrangements or procurement houses handling logistics on behalf of an end customer.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

For buyers requiring a delivered price to a named port, V-TUF can provide CIF quotations to major international ports — covering the cost of the equipment, UK export clearance, international sea freight and marine insurance to the named destination port. CIF quotations are available on request for orders above a minimum value. Import duties and clearance in the destination country remain the buyer's responsibility. DAP (Delivered At Place)

For some international markets V-TUF can arrange DAP delivery to a named destination — equipment delivered to the buyer's premises with the seller responsible for freight and export clearance but not import duties. Available on request for larger orders. Contact the trade team to discuss DAP terms for your specific destination.

Technical considerations for export

Voltage and power supply compatibility

V-TUF's standard electric pressure washer and vacuum range is manufactured for UK and European supply voltages — 230–240V single phase and 400V three phase at 50Hz. This is compatible with mains power supply in most European, Middle Eastern, African, South Asian and Southeast Asian markets. Markets operating at 110–120V 60Hz (North America, parts of South America, Japan) are not compatible with standard V-TUF electric units without a step-up transformer. Confirm local power supply voltage and frequency before specifying electric equipment for export. V-TUF petrol and diesel engine pressure washers are independent of local power supply and are suitable for export to any market.

CE marking and documentation

V-TUF equipment carries CE marking under applicable EU directives — Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive and EMC Directive as applicable. CE marking is recognised across the EEA and in many markets that accept EU conformity assessment. UKCA marking

For equipment supplied within Great Britain, V-TUF equipment carries UKCA marking as required following the UK's departure from the EU. For export outside Great Britain, CE marking applies. Both markings are available where required.

Spare parts and after-sales support for export

V-TUF holds spare parts for all machines currently in production. For international customers, spare parts can be exported separately from the equipment on the same EXW or CIF terms. Where a local service agent or distributor arrangement is required for ongoing support in a specific market, contact the V-TUF trade team to discuss distributor and agent arrangements.

Commercial invoice — with full product description, HS commodity code, country of origin and declared value
Packing list — individual item weights, dimensions and packaging details
Certificate of Origin — available on request; V-TUF equipment is manufactured and assembled in the UK
Declaration of Conformity (CE) — available on request for all CE-marked equipment
Technical datasheets and user manuals — provided with all equipment; available in English; translation requirements are the buyer's responsibility
