5 Things To Check Before Anything Else
1. Battery chargedSolid green light on the charger means full charge. Red while charging. 2.5-hour charge time from flat.
2. Bag not fullReplace the dust bag at three-quarters full. Never reuse — apply the seal tab on the intake before disposal.
3. All filters in placeEssential H13 filter (VTM502), basket filter (VTM503), and exhaust sponge (VTM523) all fitted. The H-Class rating depends on all three.
4. Hose locked inInsert the hose into the inlet and turn counter-clockwise until it locks. A loose hose loses suction.
5. Switch ONConfirm the switch by the base of the unit is in the ON position before pulling the trigger.
