UNLOADER K - K5, 11-16L/MIN - K5.1

Setting up the K5 Unloader: Please refer to the line & description drawing in the images above and then follow the instructions below: 1. Unloose the locking nut and fully screw down the pressure regulating screw (counter-clockwise rotation) in order to reduce the pressure to the minimum value. 2. Open the gun or the water control device and start the system. Make sure that the air contained in it is fully ejected. 3. Keeping the gun or the water control device open, start adjusting the pressure by unscrewing the pressure regulating screw (clockwise rotation). Alternate the adjusting operations with a few openings and closings of the gun or of the control device. When the desired pressure has been reached, open and close the gun/control device a few times again in order to stabilize the various components (seals, springs etc.). Check the pressure value again and correct if necessary. 4. Lock the pressure regulating screw by tightening the locking nut. 5. In order to obtain working pressures lower than the maximum set pressure, unloose the locking nut and turn the pressure regulating screw (counter-clockwise).
