Description
Unloader K – K5, 11-16 L/min (K5.1) is a K5-type unloader valve rated for 11-16 L/min flow, regulating system pressure and providing bypass protection for compatible pump sets.
For: Pressure washer pump sets requiring a K5-type unloader valve at 11-16 L/min flow.

Setting up the K5 Unloader:
- Loosen the locking nut and fully screw down the pressure regulating screw (counter-clockwise) to reduce pressure to the minimum value.
- Open the gun or water control device and start the system, ensuring all air is fully ejected.
- Keeping the gun or control device open, adjust the pressure by unscrewing the pressure regulating screw (clockwise), alternating with a few openings and closings of the gun to stabilise the seals, springs, and other components. Recheck and correct the pressure if necessary.
- Lock the pressure regulating screw by tightening the locking nut.
- To obtain a working pressure lower than the maximum set pressure, loosen the locking nut and turn the pressure regulating screw counter-clockwise.
