V-TUF MAMMOTH STAINLESS 3.5kW 80L Wet & Dry Twin Motor Industrial Vacuum Cleaner 240V (MAMMOTH240-STAINLESS) is the flagship MAMMOTH in a full stainless steel body — 3.5kW twin-motor power, 80-litre capacity, the cleanable non-porous tank required for food production, marine, pharmaceutical and COSHH-sensitive environments.

For: Food and beverage production environments, marine and boatyard facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, fleet depots, and any environment where a plastic-bodied vacuum cannot meet hygiene or chemical resistance requirements.

Legislation that applies

BRC/BRCGS Food Safety Standard — Cleaning equipment in food production areas must be non-porous, cleanable and resistant to the cleaning chemicals and sanitisers in use.

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Wet pickup in food, marine, pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments may involve hazardous substances requiring COSHH assessment.

Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Liquid waste collected from food production, marine and fleet environments is trade effluent requiring correct disposal.

HSE EH40 — Grain dust (WEL 4 mg/m³) and flour dust (WEL 1 mg/m³) WELs apply in agricultural and food processing environments where this machine is used.
