Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Wet pickup from grain, food, marine and fleet environments is trade effluent requiring correct disposal.

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Grain dust (WEL 4 mg/m³) in agricultural and food environments requires formal COSHH assessment.

Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 — Grain silos and storage vessels are confined spaces. Cleaning inside them requires atmospheric testing and a safe system of work.

Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 — 110V CTE mandated on UK construction sites.
