Company history
Fenco Group Ltd was founded in 1999 by Carl and Conrad Buchner, following their relocation from South Africa to Lincoln. The business began as an importing and distribution operation, identifying a gap in the UK market for robust, commercially specified pressure washing equipment. Over the following decade, Fenco Group expanded into manufacturing, developing its own product ranges and building a network of distributors and national retailer accounts across the UK.
In 2017, Fenco Group developed and launched the V-TUF M-Class and H-Class dust extraction vacuum range — machines specifically engineered to address the hazardous dust exposure risks identified by the HSE across construction, manufacturing and high-risk trades. These were rigorously tested to the EN IEC 60335-2-69 standard and brought to market ahead of the HSE's stepped-up enforcement of COSHH 2002 dust regulations.
In 2018, the V-TUF brand was formally established as the customer-facing identity for Fenco Group's full product range — unifying pressure washers, dust extractors, vacuum cleaners, spray extraction and ancillary products under a single brand.
