Direct trade accounts
V-TUF operates trade account terms for commercial buyers purchasing directly. A trade account gives access to trade pricing, order on account with standard payment terms, dedicated account management, and priority access to spares and technical support.
Who qualifies for a direct trade account
Direct trade accounts are available to registered businesses purchasing V-TUF equipment for commercial use or for resale. This includes:
- Contractors and facilities teams purchasing equipment for their own operations
- Plant hire companies adding V-TUF machines to their hire fleet
- Cleaning contractors purchasing equipment for commercial use
- Maintenance companies buying on behalf of clients under service agreements
- Public sector organisations purchasing through direct supply or framework
Trade pricing tiers
V-TUF operates a nine-tier trade pricing structure. Your tier is determined by annual purchase volume, the nature of your business and your route to market. Payment terms
Standard trade account payment terms are 30 days from invoice date, subject to credit approval. Proforma and credit card payment are available for new accounts prior to credit account approval. Contact our accounts team to discuss terms appropriate for your business.
Stockist and reseller partnership
V-TUF works with a range of stockist and reseller partners who hold V-TUF product in branch or warehouse for local sale and distribution. Stocking V-TUF gives your business access to a premium industrial cleaning equipment range with strong brand recognition in the sectors you serve.

Framework and public sector supply
V-TUF is a PPON-registered supplier (PGBZ-2198-ZGLP) on the UK Government’s Find a Tender service. Public sector organisations — local authorities, housing associations, NHS trusts, universities and emergency services — can purchase V-TUF equipment through direct supply or through the framework agreements we support.
Contractors who supply public sector clients under framework agreements can purchase V-TUF equipment on trade account terms and supply to their public sector clients under the framework. We can provide the documentation required for framework compliance including PPON confirmation, insurance certificates and technical product documentation.
