BANJO UNLOADER 3/8M OUT (with INJECTOR) 1/2F INLET - C0.195

Banjo Unloader, 3/8" M Outlet with Injector, 1/2" F Inlet (C0.195) is a banjo-style unloader valve with integrated chemical injector, 3/8" male outlet, and 1/2" female inlet, fitting Annovi Reverberi (XT, XM, XR, HPE), Comet (FW), and Bertolini (TW, TML, TWE, VML) pumps.

For: Pump sets requiring combined bypass unloading and chemical injection with 3/8" outlet / 1/2" inlet connections.

Important safety note: Before powering the system: Step 1, the unloader valve MUST be set at minimum pressure; Step 2, the bypass port MUST be open; Step 3, then set the unloader to the required pressure, which MUST be less than the maximum unloader pressure AND less than the maximum pressure of your equipment; Step 4, set the locking nut(s) so this pressure cannot be exceeded. This is high pressure equipment — if these safety and set-up rules are not followed, serious damage to equipment and injury to people can occur, including caps and joints being blown out of their threads as dangerous projectiles.
