V-TUF GRINDEX1100LP (SKU: GRINDEX1100LP-110) is a compact M-Class industrial dust extractor with a 20L capacity, a HEPA+PTFE cartridge filter, and manual reverse-flow filter cleaning for continuous operation.

Important: Not suitable for vacuuming liquids. On 3-phase 110V models, confirm the motor rotates clockwise before use; if rotation is reversed, disconnect from the power source and swap one phase cable in the plug. Not for use in explosive atmospheres or where hazardous gases may be present.

Legislation That Applies:

COSHH Regulations 2002 applies to all dust-generating machines; operators must assess and control exposure to hazardous substances including fine dust.

CDM 2015 applies to this machine when used on construction sites, setting out duties for managing health and safety risks including dust control.

HSE EH40 Workplace Exposure Limits set the maximum permitted exposure to airborne substances such as silica dust; M-Class extraction is the minimum standard for many of these tasks.

PUWER 1998 applies to this machine when used in commercial or industrial settings, requiring it to be suitable, maintained and used safely.

If used for mould remediation in social housing, Awaab's Law may also apply — this M-Class model is suitable for that use case.
