Pump & Gearbox - V-TUF Super Series XHDM400SSGB, 1" Hollow Shaft, 15 L/min @ 200 Bar 1450 RPM (XHDM400SS-GBKIT) is the XHDM400SS solid 24mm shaft pump pre-assembled with the XHDG500SS gearbox, delivering 15 L/min at 200 Bar at 1450 RPM with a 1" female hollow shaft input. Features toughened nickel-plated pump heads, a larger oil bath, extra cooling fins, and quieter running. Used on the GB080 pressure washer.

For: Engine-driven pressure washer installations requiring a 1" hollow shaft pump and gearbox at 200 Bar. 7.5HP required to run at full pressure. Suitable replacement for Interpump WS201, V-TUF VT301, AR RK 15.20H, and V-TUF XHDM400.

Important: Most mains water supplies cannot cope with 15 L/min — running on suction from a water butt or tank is advised if unsure. This pump is NOT supplied with an unloader valve and MUST be fitted with one before operation. Service kits: unloader and inlet filter kit C0.194KIT2, valve kit VTPKIT2, water seals VTPKIT28, pistons VTPKIT120571, oil PL500.

Safety — before powering the system:

1. The unloader valve MUST be set to minimum pressure.
2. The bypass port MUST be open.
3. Set the unloader to the required pressure, which MUST be less than both the unloader's maximum rated pressure and your equipment's maximum pressure (do not exceed 200 Bar / 3000 PSI).
4. Set the locking nuts so the running pressure and lock line pressure cannot be exceeded.

Caution: this is high pressure equipment. Failing to follow the above safety and set-up rules can cause serious equipment damage and injury — caps and joints can be blown clean out of their threads, creating dangerous projectiles. Call 01522 787978 if you need assistance.
