Legislation that applies
Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Wash-down water and diesel spills must not enter surface water drains.
COSHH Regulations 2002 — Diesel exhaust and detergent require COSHH assessment. Outdoor use only.
Working at Height Regulations 2005 — WAH 2005 applies where used for elevated surface cleaning.
