Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 — 415V 3-phase installation must be by a qualified electrician.

Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Fleet vehicle wash-down water is trade effluent. Discharge to surface water is an offence. Discharge to sewer requires trade effluent consent.
