Legislation that applies

Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Hot water wash-down from farm, fleet and construction environments must not enter surface water drains or watercourses.

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Hot water pressure washing with detergent and diesel exhaust require COSHH assessment. Outdoor or well-ventilated use only.
