Legislation that applies

Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Field wash-down water must not enter watercourses, streams or surface water drains.

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Detergent, degreaser and agricultural disinfectant use requires COSHH assessment. Hydraulic fluid leaks are also a COSHH consideration.

Working at Height Regulations 2005 — WAH 2005 applies where used for elevated surface or structure cleaning from a platform or vehicle.
