V-TUF MAXi - 80L H-Class 240v 3500w Industrial Dust Extraction Vacuum Cleaner - 32Ft High Level Cleaning Kit & Pipe Cleaning Tools
Description
A high-capacity H-Class vacuum with 10-metre high-level cleaning kit — for hazardous dust extraction in ceiling voids, pipe runs and elevated areas.
V-TUF MAXi 80L H-Class 240V 3500W (SKU: MAXIH24080LKIT2) is a heavy-duty 80-litre H-Class vacuum with a 10-metre high-level cleaning kit and pipe cleaning heads for hazardous dust extraction in hard-to-reach elevated locations.
For: Specialist contractors, remediation operators and industrial sites requiring H-Class extraction with extended high-level reach — ceiling voids, ventilation ducts, pipe runs, roof spaces and elevated structural surfaces where standard-length hose kits are insufficient.
Key specifications:
- Filtration: H-Class H14 HEPA 99.995% | Capacity: 80L stainless steel tank | Power: 3500W, 240V
- High-level kit: 10 metres (32ft) with pipe cleaning heads
- Airflow monitor — alerts when filter is blocked, bag is full, or hose is restricted
- Approved for Dust Class H
Included:
- MAXi 80L H-Class 240V machine | 10m high-level cleaning kit | Pipe cleaning heads | H14 HEPA filter | 5m flexible yellow vacuum hose
Important: H-Class operation — full decontamination procedure required during bag and filter changes. The high-level kit is for dry dust extraction only and must not be used for liquid pickup.
1-year manufacturer warranty. Genuine V-TUF, supplied from our Lincoln warehouse.
Where this machine is used

- Marine and shipyard refit — bilge voids and elevated structural areas
Legislation that applies
Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012) — H-Class mandatory for all vacuum work involving asbestos dust, including ceiling voids and roof spaces of pre-2000 buildings. M-Class not permitted under any CAR 2012 work category.
COSHH Regulations 2002 — Mould, asbestos, lead paint, MDF dust and carcinogenic process dusts all require H-Class containment. Working at height does not reduce the COSHH obligation.
CDM 2015 — H-Class required wherever the COSHH assessment identifies hazardous dust, regardless of working height or access method.
HSE EH40 — RCS WEL 0.1 mg/m3. H-Class required in enclosed environments including ceiling voids and duct systems where dust concentrations build rapidly.
Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) — H-Class mandatory for Type C and D works in NHS hospitals including above-ceiling work in clinical areas.
