V-TUF ATX2000 45L Compact Stainless M-Class 110V 1100W Industrial Dust Extraction Vacuum Cleaner ATEX Zone 22 (ATX2000-110) is an ATEX-certified compact stainless M-Class vacuum on 110V site-safe supply for Zone 22 classified explosive atmosphere environments. For 240V see ATX2000-240.
For: Industrial facilities, food processing environments, grain handling and pharmaceutical plants requiring M-Class vacuum in ATEX Zone 22 classified areas on 110V supply.

Legislation that applies
DSEAR 2002 & ATEX — The ATX range is designed for ATEX Zone 22 classified environments where combustible dust creates an explosive atmosphere. Standard M-Class and H-Class vacuums are not rated for classified explosive atmosphere zones.
COSHH Regulations 2002 — Grain dust (WEL 4 mg/m³), flour dust (WEL 1 mg/m³) and other combustible dusts require formal COSHH assessment and the correct extraction class.
Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 — Silos and storage vessels in food and grain processing are confined spaces requiring safe systems of work before entry for cleaning.
HSE EH40 — Grain dust and flour dust WELs apply across food production and agricultural environments.
