Description
Turns any compatible pressure washer into an abrasive blaster — for rust removal, paint stripping and surface preparation on metal, concrete and masonry.
V-TUF Sand Blast Kit Tungsten-Tipped (H4.011) injects abrasive media (sand or grit) directly into the high-pressure water jet, combining the cutting power of abrasive blasting with the washing action of a pressure washer. The result is a two-stage action — the abrasive strips the surface while the water simultaneously flushes the debris away. The tungsten carbide tip is selected for its wear resistance against abrasive media, giving significantly longer service life than standard steel nozzles under blasting conditions.
For: Rust removal, paint and coating stripping, and surface preparation on metal fabrications, structural steelwork, concrete, brick and masonry, using a compatible V-TUF pressure washer.
Key specifications:
- SKU: H4.011 | Nozzle tip: Tungsten carbide (wear-resistant)
- Action: Abrasive media injection into high-pressure water jet
- Application: Rust removal, paint stripping, surface preparation
- Substrate compatibility: Metal, concrete, brick, masonry, structural steelwork
What's included:
- 1× H4.011 sand blast kit assembly
Important: Always wear full PPE when using abrasive blasting equipment — including eye and face protection, respiratory protection (P3 minimum for abrasive dust), and protective clothing. Confirm machine pressure compatibility before use. Abrasive blasting with water may generate runoff containing contaminants — manage waste water in accordance with Environmental Permitting requirements and do not allow it to enter surface water drains. Not suitable for use near glass, soft stone or surfaces that cannot tolerate abrasive contact.
Genuine V-TUF part. SKU H4.011. Supplied from our Lincoln warehouse.
Where this attachment is used

Legislation that applies
COSHH Regulations 2002 — abrasive blasting generates hazardous dust. A COSHH assessment is required, and appropriate RPE must be specified and worn. Where silica-containing abrasives (e.g. sand) are used, RCS exposure must be controlled in line with the 0.1 mg/m³ WEL.
PUWER 1998 — applies to all work equipment used in commercial or industrial settings.
Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — abrasive blast washdown water containing rust, paint or coating residues must not enter surface water drains.
