V-TUF MIDI HSV 21L H-Class 240V Industrial Dust Extraction Vacuum Cleaner (MIDIHSV240) is a 21-litre H-Class industrial vacuum cleaner with ULPA15 filtration, capturing carcinogens, asbestos fibres, and the finest respirable dust particles with 99.9995% filtration efficiency. Legislation that applies

Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012) — H-Class extraction is mandatory for all vacuum work involving asbestos dust across all three work categories. M-Class is not permitted for asbestos under any category.

Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) — H-Class extraction is mandatory for Type C and D works in medium and high patient-risk zones inside NHS hospitals and healthcare facilities.

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Mould spores, asbestos fibres, carbon fibre dust and lead paint particles are all biological or hazardous agents requiring H-Class containment under COSHH.

Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) — H-Class is required wherever the COSHH assessment identifies hazardous dust.

HSE EH40 Workplace Exposure Limits — The RCS WEL of 0.1 mg/m³ applies to all silica-generating operations. H-Class extraction is required in enclosed environments.
