V-TUF RUCKVAC HSV 240V Industrial Backpack Vacuum Cleaner — Lung-Safe HEPA Filtration (RUCKVACHSV-240) is a corded H-Class rated backpack industrial vacuum delivering high-performance dust extraction in confined spaces where a wheeled machine can't go.

For: Contractors, refurbishment trades, and operatives working in tight, awkward, or elevated spaces — lofts, plant rooms, scaffolding, staircases — who need H-Class compliant dust extraction with hands-free mobility.

Legislation that applies

Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) — The RUCKVAC HSV is specified for ICRA Type C and D works inside NHS hospitals. H-Class extraction is mandatory in medium and high patient-risk zones.

Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012) — H-Class extraction is mandatory for all vacuum work near asbestos-containing materials. The backpack format is ideal for awkward pre-2000 building stock.

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Mould spores are biological agents under COSHH. H-Class extraction is required for mould remediation in social housing.

Awaab's Law — Mould remediation inside occupied social housing must use H-Class extraction under the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.
