A high-capacity H-Class vacuum — ideal for large remediation and heavy-duty dust extraction.
V-TUF MAXi 80L H-Class 240V 3500W Industrial Dust Extraction Vacuum Cleaner (MAXIH240-80L) is an 80-litre H-Class industrial vacuum on 240V mains — H-Class rated for the highest level of protection against carcinogens, asbestos fibres, mould, lead, and hazardous respirable particles. For 110V site use see MAXI80H-110. For 50L see MAXIH240-50L.
For: Asbestos removal contractors, lead paint remediation teams, refurbishment trades, and any environment requiring maximum-capacity H-Class extraction on 240V.

Legislation that applies
Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012) — H-Class mandatory for all vacuum work involving asbestos dust. M-Class not permitted under any CAR 2012 work category.
Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) — H-Class mandatory for Type C and D works in NHS hospitals and healthcare environments.
COSHH Regulations 2002 — Mould, asbestos, carbon fibre and lead paint all require H-Class containment under COSHH.
CDM 2015 — H-Class required wherever the COSHH assessment identifies hazardous dust.
HSE EH40 — RCS WEL 0.1 mg/m³. H-Class required in enclosed environments and wherever M-Class cannot reduce exposure to below the WEL.
